Our Founder

J Bar Mfg. was created by H. Ralls Jennings.

Mr. Jennings graduated high school in 1950. Shortly after he was drafted in to the Air Force during the Korean War.

In 1954 after discharge, he enrolled in the University of Alabama school of Engineering on the GI Bill.

In 1958, Mr. Jennings graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Between 1958-1965, Mr. Jennings worked in various industries including Oak Ridge Nation Lab in Oak Ridge, TN and Pan Am Airways in Cape Canaveral, Fl.

Mr Jennings moved to Trion, GA in 1965 and worked as the plant engineer at Riegel Textile (now Mt. Vernon mills) and later as chief engineer until 1972.

In 1972, Mr. Jennings started the J Bar Ford trator company with his wife Billie which has now evolved into J Bar Manufacturing

Our Operations Manager

Evan Webb is our current Operations Manger. He is the grandson of H. Ralls Jennings.

Evan grew up at J Bar Manufacturing. He worked at J Bar Manufacturing as a teenager doing sales.

Evan graduated from Trion High School and then attended Jacksonville State Univerisity.

Evan came back to work at J Bar in 2010 and has taken over as our Operations Manger.

Evan lives in Summerville with his wife Kelsey and two children Cora and Lawson.

Belle Jennings Templeton is our Regional Sales & Digital Marketing Manager.

She is the granddaughter of H. Ralls Jennings. Just like her siblings Belle grew up around J Bar Manufacturing. She took an internship with the company in May of 2019 and has been here ever since.

Belle Graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.

Belle currently resides in Summerville with her husband Rayfe and twin boys, Miles and Miller.
